Mind Matters: Young People Table Talk (Virtual)

The focus was realigning mindfulness by balancing stress and relaxation. Resilience is key to a successful healthy mind. Mindfulness practices can significantly benefit young people by helping them manage stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being through various engaging activities and resources. This was to help navigate the challenges of adolescence, academic pressures, social dynamics and emotional changes. By practicing mindfulness, the young people can develop skills to be present, regulate their emotions and cultivate resilience in the face of stress.
