Who we are
Phoenix Support Centre is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing mental health across South Africa. Established in 2025, we exist to support individuals living with mental health conditions and to strengthen the systems that shape wellbeing in our communities.
We believe mental health is fundamental to a healthy and fulfilling life, and that access to quality support should never depend on identity, geography or circumstance. No one should be excluded from care because of who they are or where they live.
Poor mental health is not inevitable. With the right education, early intervention and community-based support, positive outcomes are achievable. We work across prevention, intervention and long-term management to build resilience, reduce stigma and expand access to care.
Our ambition is clear. To be a sustainable and influential force for change, advancing equitable, accessible and high-quality mental health support for all.
